At expresswaypropertiesllc.com, we work closely with Poste Canada to ensure your order’s safety and guarantee delivery. All orders are processed by us through Poste Canada’s Expedited Parcel™ program. Onze-montreal.com offers a flat shipping rate of 7$ for all Canadian orders of 74.99$ (before taxes) or less. Your order is over 75$? Your shipping fee is completely free!

How much does it cost to ship?

 Note: Oversize packages have a flat shipping rate of 20$.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track this parcel' option or sign into your account.

What you should know:

• We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume periods, your order may take longer than anticipated.
• If an item in your order is out of stock, we will process a refund for the item. Following the reimbursement, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order was initially over 75$ (before taxes), you will still have free shipping.

For our friends in the United States

We offer a flat shipping rate of 20$ CAD to our customers in the United States. 

Since all our orders are done under Poste Canada’s Expedited Parcel™ program, you will not be paying any duty fees. Duty fees are already included in the 20$ flat rate delivery fee when placing your order.

At the moment, we only ship to Canada and United States. For international orders, please contact [email protected]

Orders may incur additional duties and costs at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to check if these costs apply. For more information, we invite you to contact the customs agency of your country of residence.

We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.
